Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The delivery day will be delayed due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free local delivery is available for orders over HKD $50,000. For orders under $50,000, we charge HKD $100 for local delivery By SF Express. For International Shipping, please whatsapp 852-92961288

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Service Point pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready . 

Our Service Point pickup hours are 14:00 to 18:00 on Monday - Sat . Please make an Appointment at least <One> day . The confirmation of appointment is valid only with our official confirmation by WhatsApp 852-92961288 .

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States of America, Canada, Australia, Finland, Holland, United Kingdom of Britain, France, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany,Taiwan, Republic of China, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea. China - HKD 100

Asia - HKD 600

North America - HKD 800

Europe - HKD 1000

Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Michelllerose Luxury Services Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please whatsapp 852-92961288 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at whatsapp 852-92961288 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
